At HappyHugs, we believe in full transparency when it comes to our fee structure. Below, you will find details about our registration and placement fees, along with additional clauses to clarify our terms and conditions.
All fees are subject to VAT (20%) unless otherwise stated.
To commence candidate introductions, a non-refundable registration fee is required:
· Private Families: £150
· Corporate Clients & Agencies: £250
This fee covers the administration and consultancy services involved in initiating a tailored candidate search. It is valid for three (3) monthsfrom the date of payment and includes one dedicated search for a specific role.
Important: If a placement is successfully made, the registration fee will be deducted from the final placement fee.

For temporary placements (less than three months), the placement fee will be calculated based on the total duration of the contract and is payable upfront upon signing the contract.
Additional charges may apply for:
· Emergency Placements: For placements required within 48 hours, an additional rush fee will apply.
· Specialised Services: Fees may vary for roles involving overnight care or maternity nurses with advanced certifications.
· Changes to Service Requirements:Adjustments to fees will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

If the Client rehires or refers the Candidate to another party within 12 months, a full placement fee is payable.
Cancellation Before Placement: If the Client cancels before a candidate is placed, no placement fee is due, but the registration fee remains non-refundable.
Withdrawal After Offer: If the Client withdraws after a Candidate has accepted an offer, a 10% non-refundable fee (of gross annual salary) applies.
Termination After Placement: No refund is provided if the placement is terminated by either party. A replacement may be offered within the replacement policy timeframe.
Clients may pay via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit may be required for placements starting over 30 days from the booking date.
Late Payment Penalties: Payments not received within 14 days of the due date incur a 5% late fee. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.
All HappyHugs candidates are thoroughly vetted and screened. However, Clients are advised to independently verify all documents (DBS, ID, visas, references) before employment.
HappyHugs Childcare Agency Ltd. accepts no liability for:
· Omissions or misrepresentations by Candidates.
· Misconduct or negligence post-placement.
· Legal or employment disputes arising from the engagement.
