AGENCY FEES

A registration fee of £200 is required to begin your search with us.

Details:

Single Search: This fee includes one search for a candidate matching your needs.

Validity: The registration fee is valid for three months from the date of payment, allowing ample time to complete the search.

Non-Refundable: The registration fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed after the search has begun.

Additional Clause:

Additional Searches: If the initial search does not result in a placement and you wish to initiate a new search beyond the three-month period or for a different position, a new registration fee will apply.

Placement fees are due upon a candidate's successful placement and vary depending on the type of placement (full-time, part-time, temporary) and duration of the contract.

Details:

Payment Terms: Placement fees must be paid within 7 days of the candidate’s start date. Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in termination of the placement.

Non-Refundable: Once the placement fee is paid, it is non-refundable, even if the candidate’s employment is terminated for any reason.

Replacement Policy: If the candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 8 weeks, we offer one replacement search at no additional registration fee. This replacement is subject to the same terms as the original search.

Additional Clause:

Temporary Placements: For temporary placements (less than three months), the placement fee will be calculated based on the total duration of the contract and is payable upfront upon signing the contract.

For emergency placements, specialized services, or short-term engagements, additional fees may apply. These fees will be discussed with you during the consultation and included in a written quote.

Details:

Emergency Placement Fees: For placements required within 48 hours, an additional rush fee will apply.

Specialized Services: Fees may vary for specialized services, such as overnight care or maternity nurses with advanced certifications.

Changes to Service Requirements: If your service requirements change after the initial consultation, any adjustments to fees will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

 We strive to provide a range of convenient payment options for our clients. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed upon in advance.

 Deposit Policy:
For placements scheduled to commence more than 30 days from the booking date, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the arrangement. This deposit ensures the reservation of the placement and is not transferable. 

Late Payment Penalties:
Payments not received within 14 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance. Persistent non-payment may result in the suspension or withdrawal of services until the account is settled 

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to offer fair terms regarding cancellations. However, to ensure a smooth and reliable process, the following terms apply.

Cancellation Before Placement: If you choose to cancel the search before a candidate is placed, no placement fees will be due; however, the registration fee remains non-refundable.

Withdrawal After Offer: If you withdraw from the process after an offer has been made to a candidate and accepted, a non-refundable fee of 10% of the full amount of the gross annual salary will apply. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the withdrawal and the impact on the candidate’s schedule and plans.

Termination After Placement: In cases where the family or candidate terminates the contract after the placement has been made, no refund of the placement fee will be provided. A replacement search may be offered within the specified period, under the terms outlined in our replacement policy.
